This notice explains the information processed by TrustedAgent’s private client rooms and professional workspace. AI Holding is the project sponsor. The final registered UAE operating entity and its controller details have not yet been approved; real client personal data must not be entered until they are named in the signed pilot agreement and this notice.

AI Holding currently sponsors the TrustedAgent project and can be contacted at privacy@trustedagent.me. The legally registered UAE operator and data-controller identity remain a release gate. Until that identity, registered address and applicable UAE privacy roles are approved in writing, the service is limited to fictional or internal demonstration data.
What we process
Agent account identity, client contact details, stated property requirements, selected properties, room access records, reactions, comments, questions, viewing requests, consent choices, uploaded documents and security/audit events.
Why we process it
To create and secure a private property decision room, present agent-selected options, record client choices, coordinate next steps, prevent misuse and maintain an inspectable activity history. Optional communications, document processing and analytics are controlled separately.
Who can see it
The assigned professional can see the client’s room activity. Service providers may process limited information only when the relevant integration is configured. TrustedAgent does not claim that a demonstration profile or score is a live verification.
Retention and deletion
Private links expire or can be revoked. Pilot records are retained only for the period stated in the applicable agreement or needed for security and legal obligations. Clients may request access, correction, export or deletion by emailing the address below. A request may require identity verification.
International processing and security
Hosting and approved providers may process data outside the client’s country. Access credentials are hashed, client sessions are time-limited, room access can be revoked and sensitive documents are delivered as downloads rather than embedded content. No system can eliminate all security risk.
Your choices
Communications, document processing and analytics permissions can be changed inside the private room. Essential processing needed to authenticate and operate the room cannot be disabled while the room remains active.
