These pilot terms describe the responsible use of TrustedAgent. AI Holding is the project sponsor; the final registered UAE operator, commercial terms and governing provisions must appear in the signed pilot agreement before real client use.

TrustedAgent helps professionals structure client requirements, prepare selected properties, share a private room and coordinate responses and viewings. It does not provide legal, financial, valuation or investment advice.
Professional responsibility
Agents remain responsible for property authorization, accuracy, advertising permits, source rights, client consent and every message or recommendation they approve. AI-generated or automatically extracted information must be checked before use.
Client decisions
Match reasons, trade-offs and scores are decision-support information, not guarantees of availability, condition, title, legal status, return or future performance. Clients should complete independent professional and regulatory checks.
Acceptable use
Users must not upload unlawful, misleading, malicious or unauthorized material; impersonate another person; probe another user’s room; or use the service to bypass UAE property, advertising or privacy rules.
Pilot availability
Pilot functions, providers and data sources may be unavailable, changed or withdrawn. Manual fallbacks may be used. Demonstration discovery profiles and proof records are fictional until expressly marked as live and verified.
Authentication boundary
The current professional workspace uses platform-provided ChatGPT sign-in for controlled review. It is not the planned long-term business identity system. A UAE-ready email or enterprise identity method, account recovery, administrator controls and an access review process are required before an external real-data cohort.
