TRUST AND EVIDENCE STANDARD

Evidence before ranking.

Public discovery is not live. The current profiles are fictional demonstrations. A score must not become public until sources, moderation, corrections, appeals and legal review are operational.

Last updated 5 August 2026

Proposed evidence dimensions

01
Identity and licence

Who the professional is and whether supplied licence information is current.

02
Client experience

Consented feedback, response quality and dated evidence rather than anonymous claims.

03
Communication

Observable response and follow-up records inside TrustedAgent.

04
Property knowledge

Evidence tied to areas, properties and sources, with scope and date visible.

05
Professional conduct

Consent, disclosure, corrections and compliance-related evidence.

06
Delivery reliability

Documented commitments and whether recorded next actions were completed.

07
Evidence freshness

How recently each supporting record was checked.

08
Outcome evidence

Documented professional outcomes without implying guaranteed performance.

What a future score must show

The source type, verification status, applicable scope, evidence date, expiry or freshness, material gaps and the calculation version. A missing record must remain visible rather than being silently treated as a negative fact.

Corrections and appeals

Before live publication, professionals must be able to inspect the evidence, challenge an incorrect record, provide a correction and receive a documented decision. Contested evidence must be labelled while reviewed.

Aura’s role

Aura may organise or summarise evidence, but it must not invent a source, hide uncertainty or publish a decision automatically. A human approves material recommendations and externally visible changes.
